PROMOTION OVERVIEW: All eligible Caesars Palace Online Casino, Caesars Sportsbook & Casino or Horseshoe Online Casino mobile or online account holders can participate in the Experience the Empire Las Vegas Getaway promotion. The promotion will take place May 28, 2026 – July 12, 2026, from 12:01 AM MT to 11:59 PM MT ("Promotion Period"). Promotion is sponsored by American Wagering, Inc. ("Caesars").

Eligible Participants:

• To be eligible for the offer, players must have successfully opened a Caesars Palace Online Casino, Caesars Sportsbook & Casino or Horseshoe Online Casino mobile or online account in the Province of Alberta during the Promotion Period and be approved for real money play.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have an account that remains in good standing until the drawing takes place.

How to Enter:

• To participate, players must register with one of the following apps—Caesars Palace Online Casino, Caesars Sportsbook & Casino, or Horseshoe Online Casino—and complete verification of identity before the end of the Promotion Period.
• Upon successful registration and completion of identity verification, players will automatically be credited with 1 drawing entry.

Drawing:

• Drawing entries must be received by 11:59 PM MT on July 12, 2026.
• Potential winner will be selected on or about July 13, 2026, by a random selection process from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
• Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received.
• Selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time‑limited mathematical skill‑testing question to be declared a winner.
• Potential winner will be contacted via email and/or phone and must respond within 7 days or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.
• By accepting a prize, winner agrees to the use of their name, city, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• All other hotel charges and fees incurred shall be the sole responsibility of winner.
• Winner must provide a valid credit card for hotel incidentals.
• Winner must reserve by August 1, 2026, and check-in by December 31, 2026, or forfeit the prize.
• Winner and guest may be required to complete an affidavit prior to receiving prizes.
• Tickets to "Absinthe" shall be non‑transferable and non‑exchangeable and are offered strictly subject to availability.
• Travel must be booked and fulfilled exclusively through Caesars Entertainment Passport Travel and is non‑transferable and non‑exchangeable.
• Caesars is not responsible for flight cancellations, delays, rebooking, or any costs arising from such disruptions, including but not limited to additional lodging, transportation, or meals.

General:

• Must be physically located within the Province of Alberta to participate in this promotion.
• The following individuals are not eligible for the promotion ("Disqualified Individuals"):
  • Individuals who are under 21 years of age.
  • Individuals who are excluded from online wagering, including through a government program, at Caesars' discretion, by court order or by their own request;
  • Employees or independent contractors of a registered iGaming Supplier, as such term is defined under subsection 1(1)(k.4) of the Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Act, RSA 2000, c G-1;
  • Employees or independent contractors of Caesars or any of its affiliates ("Employees"), any parent, spouse, or child of an Employee, or anyone else who lives with an Employee (whether or not related); and
  • Individuals who are prohibited from participating by any applicable law.
• This promotion may not be combined with any other offers or promotions. For purposes of these terms and conditions, the "Promotion Entities" means Caesars, Caesars' affiliated and subsidiary companies, along with each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents.
• All decisions regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions for this promotion, including eligibility or disqualification decisions, lie solely with Caesars whose decisions are final and binding.
• Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, including gaming regulations, and all aspects of the promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities, when required. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Caesars may disqualify any person for fraud, dishonesty, violation of these terms and conditions, or any other misconduct, whether or not related to this promotion. Caesars retains the right to disqualify any accountholder engaging in any conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike as determined at the Caesars' sole discretion.
• Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Caesars reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
• Participants are solely responsible for all taxes, expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of any award hereunder. Caesars shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings from winnings that Caesars deems necessary or desirable under applicable tax laws, rules, regulations, codes, or ordinances.
• Caesars is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries; electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable connections; fraud; incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Caesars, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a person's ability to participate in the promotion.
• Except as prohibited by law, Caesars reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend the promotion at any time, subject to any required regulatory approval, if Caesars determines, in its sole discretion, that the promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Caesars which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion.
• By participating in this promotion, you agree on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the promotion; and (b) to be bound by these terms and conditions and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Caesars, which are binding and final.
