Terms and Conditions

1. The Diamond Tier Match Offer (“Offer”) is available to new Caesars Rewards members who remain in good standing during the entire duration of the Offer Period (defined below). Offer is subject to the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations (www.CaesarsRewards.com/Rules), which are incorporated herein by this reference.

2. The “Offer Period” for this Offer is Wednesday, February 1, 2023, through Sunday, December 31, 2023.

3. As used herein, “Caesars” means Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC and “Casino” means any Caesars Rewards casino in the United States and Canada participating (“Participating Properties”) in this Offer.

4. To be eligible for this Offer, participants (“Participants”) must be a newly verified Caesars Rewards member and be registered to receive marketing emails at a valid email address on record with Caesars Rewards.

5. Holders of any Gaming Control Commission key license are not eligible to participate.

6. Individuals who are prohibited from casino gaming or from entering a casino hotel by law or for any other reason, including, without limitation, participation in a self-exclusion program, are not eligible.

7. Employees of Caesars and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and any of their owned, operated or managed properties, including the Casinos (collectively, the “Caesars Parties”), and Immediate Family members of such employees are not eligible for the Offer, unless approved in advance by Caesars.  Immediate Family is defined as: mother, father, spouse, brother, sister, children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, stepparents, stepchildren, grandmother, grandfather, grandchildren and any relative or other person residing in the employee’s place of residence.

8. By accepting the Offer, Participants agree to comply with all Terms and Conditions contained herein.

9. This Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws, and regulations, including gaming regulations, and all aspects of the Offer are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities, if required. Offer void where prohibited by law. Residents of certain states or other jurisdictions may be excluded from participation until the applicable Casino has received regulatory approval.

10. Participants must produce and display their Caesars Rewards Card and valid picture identification acceptable to Casino (such as driver’s license, state identification card, or military identification card) to be eligible for this Offer.

11. The Caesars Parties are not responsible for (a) injuries or losses arising or resulting from this Offer, (b) any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Offer, and (c) any equipment or software malfunctions.

12. Caesars may impose penalties upon any person who gives, makes, issues, authorizes, or endorses any statement or action having, or designed to have, an effect prejudicial or detrimental to the best interest of the Offer as determined by Caesars, acting in its sole and absolute discretion. This may include, without limitation, expulsion from any or all Casino properties and/or loss of the right to participate in this or any other promotion conducted by Caesars and/or the Casinos.

13. All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Offer term and conditions, eligibility, scheduling and staging of the Offer, and penalties for misconduct lie solely with Caesars, whose decisions are final.

14. A copy of these Terms and Conditions will be available at the Caesars Rewards Center at Participating Properties throughout the duration of this Offer.

15. Where a situation arises which is not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Caesars or the applicable Casino shall have the authority to render a judgment, including the imposition of a penalty, in accordance with the best interests of the Offer and the maintenance of its integrity and public confidence.

16. HOW TO REDEEM:

            a. This Offer can be redeemed at any Caesars Rewards Center at a Participating Property.

            b. Participants who present a valid player’s card from an eligible competitor’s loyalty program during the Offer Period will receive Diamond Tier status                 upgrade valid through Wednesday, January 31, 2024. Eligible competitor loyalty programs and tiers are listed at the end of these Terms and Conditions.

                   i.     It may take up to thirty (30) business days for the Diamond Tier status upgrade to be processed.

           c. Participant’s player’s card must be valid with a current expiration date and the name printed on the card must match Participant’s valid photo ID.

17. Additionally, Participants who receive a Diamond Tier status upgrade through this Offer can receive a special one (1) year extension of their Diamond Tier status through Friday, January 31, 2025, by earning the minimum number of Tier Credits during one of the time periods identified below. Tier Credits earned prior to the Start Date in the second column of the chart will not count towards the minimum Tier Credits required for a Diamond Tier status extension.

18. Tier Credits can be earned by using a Caesars Rewards® card when playing slots, video poker or table games.  Tier Credits can also be earned for spending at qualified shops, restaurants, and hotels.  For more details about qualified Tier Credit earning, visit a Caesars Rewards Center or www.CaesarsRewards.com. It is the Participant’s responsibility to make certain their Tier Credit earnings are being tracked correctly. The determination of Caesars shall be final with respect to any discrepancies regarding tracked Tier Credit earnings.

19. New members upgraded to Diamond through this promotion must earn 100 Tier Credits to qualify for certain Diamond benefits.

20. Existing Caesars Rewards members will not be eligible for this offer.

21. Offer is non-transferrable.

22. Caesars may (a) terminate a Participant’s Caesars Rewards membership, (b) demote Participant’s account status and/or (c) terminate Participant’s existing Caesars Rewards benefits or Rewards Credits if such Participant misuses or abuses their Diamond Tier benefits or otherwise violates the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations.

23. Caesars reserves the right to modify or cancel this Offer at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval to the extent such is required.

24. Caesars has no affiliation or relationship with any competitor casinos or loyalty programs identified in connection with this Offer.  All competitor casino and loyalty program names are the trademarks of their respective owners.

The December 5X Tier Credit Multiplier Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all Caesars Rewards^® members (“Participants”) who remain in good standing during the entire duration of the Promotion Period. Promotion is subject to the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations (www.CaesarsRewards.com/Rules), which are incorporated herein by this reference.

2. The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is 12:00 a.m. PT on Sunday, December 25, 2022 through 11:59 p.m. PT on Wednesday, December 28, 2022.

3. As used herein, “Caesars” means Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC and “Casino” means any Caesars Rewards casino in the United States participating in this Promotion.

4. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Participants must:

a. Be a verified Caesars Rewards member (membership is free, and Participants can join at any Caesars Rewards Center, online at https://www.caesars.com/program/, or via the Caesars Rewards mobile app), or have a Caesars Rewards Local account tied to your main Caesars Rewards account (learn more at www.caesars.com/myrewards/exchange);

b. Have a valid email address on file; and

c. Be registered to receive marketing communications no later than Friday, October 7, 2022.

5. Participants who have a valid email address will be sent an email on or about Tuesday, October 11, 2022 from which Participants will be provided registration instructions via website provided at www.caesars.com/december5xtcm to participate in this Promotion. Website for online registration will start at 12:00 a.m. PT on Sunday, December 18 , 2022 and end at 11:59 p.m. PT on Wednesday, December 28, 2022.

6. Alternatively, Participants may register at promotional kiosks available at select Participating Properties. See the list of Participating Properties at the end of these Official Rules to see which Participating Properties will have on-property registration available. You can also request a list of Participating Properties with on-property registration at https://totalrewards.custhelp.com/app/ask_first.

7. Multiple Participants may not use the same email address or Caesars Rewards account in connection with this Promotion. In the event more than one (1) Participant provides the same email address when registering, only the first Participant to register will be eligible for this Promotion.

8. After registering for the Promotion, Participants will receive a total of 5X Tier Credit Multiplier.

9. Participants will have their earned Tier Credits multiplied by 4 (4X). The original Tier Credit amount that the Participant earned (1X) will be added to the 4X multiplied Tier Credit amount, resulting in the full 5X Tier Credit Multiplier.

a. For Example, a Participant earns 2,000 Tier Credits. The 2,000 is multiplied by the 4X resulting in 8,000 Tier Credits. The 8,000 (4X) Tier Credits will be added to the original 2,000 Tier Credits that the Participant earned (1X), for a total bonus amount of 10,000 Tier Credits (5X).

10. Maximum total Tier Credit bonus amount per Participant’s account is 25,000 Tier Credits. For example, for a Participant to receive the highest maximum Tier Credit bonus, they would need to earn up to 5,000 Tier Credits (1X) during the Promotion Period. Participant would then receive an additional 20,000 (4X) Tier Credits as their bonus, for a total of 25,000 Tier Credits (5X).

11. The Tier Credits awarded pursuant to this Promotion will be added to Participant’s account no later than Friday, December 30, 2022 Only the 4X Tier Credit bonus amount will be posted to Participants account. The 1X Tier Credits are included in the Tier Credits earned from qualified spend.

12. Participants will have their Tier Credits tracked for this Promotion using ratings from their Caesars Rewards card.

13. Tier Credits can be earned by using a Caesars Rewards card when playing slots, video poker or table games. Tier Credits can also be earned for spending at qualified shops and restaurants. 17. Tier Credit Bonuses earned pursuant to this Promotion do not count toward Reward Credit balance, promotional Tier Credit earnings or qualify for a Daily Tier Credit Bonus.

18. If multiple Tier Credit Multipliers are occurring on the same day, Participants will receive the higher value Tier Credit Multiplier.

19. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including gaming, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities, if required. Promotion void where prohibited by law.

29. Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC and/or any affiliated entity reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.

30. In the event of a dispute for Harrah’s Rincon redemption, with the outcome of a promotion or contest participants may, within seven (7) days of the date of the written response from the Casino Manager, file the dispute in writing with the Rincon Tribal Gaming Commission for review.

31. Participating Properties are subject to change at any time. A property listed below shall cease to be a Participating Property if it is no longer owned, controlled or managed by a subsidiary of Caesars Entertainment Corporation or its successor.

1.      The April 5X Tier Credit Multiplier Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all Caesars Rewards® members (“Participants”) who remain in good standing during the entire duration of the Promotion Period. Promotion is subject to the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations (www.CaesarsRewards.com/Rules), which are incorporated herein by this reference.

2.      The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is 12:00 a.m. PT on Thursday, April 14, 2022 through 11:59 p.m. PT on Sunday, April 17, 2022.

3.      As used herein, “Caesars” means Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC and “Casino” means any Caesars Rewards casino in the United States participating in this Promotion.

4.      To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Participants must:

a.      Be a verified Caesars Rewards member (membership is free, and Participants can join at any Caesars Rewards Center, online at https://www.caesars.com/program/, or via the Caesars Rewards mobile app), or have a Caesars Rewards Local account tied to your main Caesars Rewards account (learn more at www.caesars.com/myrewards/exchange);

b.      Have a valid email address on file; and

c.      Be registered to receive marketing communications no later than Friday, April 1, 2022.

5.      Participants who have a valid email address will be sent an email on or about Wednesday, March 23, 2022 from which they must click the “REGISTER” button in order to be eligible to participate in this Promotion. Alternatively, Participants may register at promotional kiosks available at select Participating Properties. See the list of Participating Properties at the end of these Official Rules to see which Participating Properties will have on-property registration available. You can also request a list of Participating Properties with on-property registration at https://totalrewards.custhelp.com/app/ask_first.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Share the Rewards Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all Caesars Rewards members (“Participants”) who remain in good standing during the entire duration of the Promotion Period. Promotion is subject to the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations (www.CaesarsRewards.com/Rules), which are incorporated herein by this reference.

2. As used herein, “Caesars” means Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC, located at One Caesars Palace Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109. “Casino” means any Caesars Rewards casino in the United States and Canada participating in this Promotion program.

3. The (“Promotion Period”) begins on Sunday, January 1, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. PT through Sunday, December 31, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

4. To be eligible to receive this Promotion, Participants must:

a. Be a verified Caesars Rewards member (membership is free, and Participants can join at any Caesars Rewards Center, online at https://www.caesars.com/program/, or via the Caesars Rewards mobile app) with an online Caesars Rewards account, or have a verified Caesars Rewards Local account tied to a main Caesars Rewards account (learn more at www.caesars.com/myrewards/promotions/caesars-rewards-local);

b. A resident of the 50 United States, Canada (excluding Quebec) or the District of Columbia;

c. At least 21 years of age (19 years of age in Canada) with proof of age acceptable to Sponsor;

d. In possession of access to a computer or mobile device with internet access as of Sunday, January 1, 2023; and

e. Have a valid email address on file and be registered to receive marketing communications by the 1st of each month.

5. Eligible Participants will receive a registration email on or about the first of each month from which they must click the “Register” button in order to be eligible to participate in this Promotion.

6. Alternatively, eligible Participants may go to www.caesars.com/share-the-rewards and log in using their Caesars Rewards account to participate in this Promotion.

7. Multiple Participants may not use the same email address or Caesars Rewards account in connection with this Promotion. In the event more than one (1) Participant provides the same email address when registering, only the first Participant to register will be eligible for this Promotion.

8. After a Participant has registered, they will be instructed to click the “Get Link” button to receive their unique referral link. Participants will send this link to a non-Caesars Rewards member to sign up for an account.

9. Non-Caesars Rewards guests will sign up for a Caesars Rewards account using the unique link received from the Participant. Non-Caesars Rewards guests may also sign up for an account in person at a Caesars Rewards Center, where they will need to show the unique link from the email to a Caesars Rewards Center representative.

10. After the new Caesars Rewards member has completed their account sign up, they will need to visit a Caesars Rewards Center in person to have their account validated by showing a valid photo ID.

11. Non-Caesars Rewards guest must not currently have or previously had a Caesars Rewards account.

12. The Participant and the new member(s) will each receive a five hundred (500) Tier Credits Bonus each, once the new members account has been verified.

13. Members who sign up online must subsequently present a valid identification at a Caesars Rewards Center in order to receive the full benefits of the Caesars Rewards program.

14. Five hundred (500) Tier Credits will be added to the Participant’s account and new members account within 45 days of validating new members account.

15. Participants may receive up to ten thousand (10,000) Tier Credits or refer up to twenty (20) guests during Promotion Period.

16. The state of Missouri does not allow for new Caesars Rewards accounts to be set up online. Residents of Missouri are encouraged to visit their local Caesars Rewards destination and sign up for their new account in person at the Caesars Rewards Center.

17. All credits received through this Promotion will be Tier Credits only.

18. Daily Tier Credit Bonuses do not count towards earning for this Promotion.

b. Employees of any advertising agency or marketing services firm that is providing any services to Caesars in connection with the Promotion;

c. The spouse, parent or child of an employee described in (a) or (b) above;

d. Anyone sharing the same primary residence as an employee described in (a) or (b) above; or

e. Individuals who are excluded from Caesars facilities, including through a government program, at Caesars’s discretion, or by their own request;

1. The Diamond Tier Match Offer (“Offer”) is available to new and existing Caesars Rewards members who remain in good standing during the entire duration of the Offer Period (defined below). 16. HOW TO REDEEM:

a. This Offer can be redeemed thru Caesars.com/promotions.

b. Casino Host will reach out to the guest and validate the request for tier match.

c. After verification from the Casino Host team, participants who presents a proof of the current tier status from DraftKings or FanDuel loyalty program with current expiration date during the Offer Period will receive Diamond Tier status upgrade valid through Tuesday, January 31, 2023. 

d. Participant’s loyalty card from the competitor must match Participant’s valid photo ID and the Caesars Rewards account.

 i.     It may take up to thirty (30) business days for the Diamond Tier status upgrade to be processed.

17. Additionally, Participants who receive a Diamond Tier status upgrade through their Offer can receive a special one (1) year extension of their Diamond Tier status through Wednesday, January 31, 2024 by earning the minimum number of Tier credits during one of the time periods identified below. Tier Credits earned prior to the Start Date in the second column of the chart will not count towards the minimum Tier Credits required for a Diamond Tier status extension.

18. Tier Credits can be earned by using a Caesars Rewards® card when playing slots, video poker or table games.  Tier Credits can also be earned for spending at qualified shops, restaurants and hotels.  For more details about qualified Tier Credit earning, visit a Caesars Rewards Center or www.CaesarsRewards.com. It is the Participant’s responsibility to make certain their Tier Credit earnings are being tracked correctly. 19. Members upgraded to Diamond through this promotion must earn 100 Tier Credits to qualify for certain Diamond benefits.

20. Offer is non-transferrable.

21. 11.   Sponsor is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.

12.   Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.

13.   If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

22.   Odds of winning dependent upon number of entries received.

PROMOTION REGISTRATION AND ENTRY:

23.   During the Promotion Period, eligible Participants who complete a survey that the panel invites them to, will receive one (1) drawing entry (“Drawing Entry”) into this Promotion; and earn associated Reward Credits® per the standard Say & Play program.

WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZES:

36.   Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner on or about Tuesday, June 14, 2022 by random selection process (through any reasonably secure means to be determined by Sponsor), from all eligible Drawing Entries, to award the below prizes:

a.      One (1) winner will receive 500,000 Reward Credits.

37.   Reward Credits will be posted to winner’s account within fourteen (14) business days.

38.   Approximate retail value of prize awarded is $5,000.00.

39.   Reward Credits are not redeemable for cash and have no value until presented for redemption in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Caesars Rewards program.  All estimated Reward Credit values stated in these Official Rules are estimated redemption values.  Actual redemption value will vary depending on the type of product or service, the outlet location and other factors.

40.   Reward Credit prizes are subject to all terms and conditions applicable to Reward Credits, including, without limitation, the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations available at www.caesarsrewards.com/rules. 41.   Only the Participant who submitted the winning entry will receive the prize. In case of a dispute over the identity of the individual who made a winning entry, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the potential winner in its sole discretion.

42.   No prize substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

43.   Potential prize winners will be contacted via email, telephone, or any other available means by Sponsor to notify potential winner of prize.  Invalid or incorrect contact Caesars Rewards account information (telephone number, email address or mailing address) will result in prize forfeiture. 

44.   Winner notification to potential winner’s may include instructions on how to confirm eligibility, which may require potential winner to email or otherwise deliver to Sponsor potential winner’s full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and/or mailing address

45.   Potential winner must reply within 48 hours of being contacted to claim their prize for forfeit prize.

46.   Potential winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and, except where prohibited, publicity release.

47.   Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

48.   If by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all prizes will be awarded on a first come - first serve basis until the advertised number of prizes available in each prize category are distributed. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded and any claims after that number of prizes is awarded will be void.

49.   If a winner does not claim his or her prize in the allotted time, Sponsor will not select a new potential winner. Unclaimed prizes will remain un-awarded.

50.   All prizes claimed will be awarded. Sponsor and its affiliated and parent company, advertising and promotion agencies, are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this drawing based upon any such error without liability and at its sole discretion.  By participating in this promotion, Participants waive all right to, and hold harmless, Sponsor and its advertising and promotions agencies from any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.

To apply for the upgrade described above (the “Status Match”), an eligible Wyndham Rewards member (an "Applicant") must visit https://www.caesars.com/myrewards/partners/wyndham_resorts and follow the instructions on that page. Upon verification by Wyndham Rewards, Inc. (“Wyndham”) that (1) Applicant's Wyndham Rewards account information is accurate, (2) Applicant has earned his/her Member Level through a Qualifying Earning Method (see below), and (3) Applicant’s account is in good standing, such Applicant will receive the applicable Equivalent Tier. Such Equivalent Tier will become effective upon such verification, and, unless extended in accordance with the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations, will expire on January 31 of the calendar year following the year in which it was obtained. Qualifying Earning Methods. An Applicant is eligible for an upgrade to the applicable Equivalent Tier only if the Applicant earned his/her Member Level in one of the following methods:

1.      Stay activity in the Wyndham Rewards program, including stays at eligible Caesars Rewards locations;

2.      Receiving a Gifted Level (as such term is defined in the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions) pursuant to such Terms and Conditions , with the exception of Gifted Levels obtained via Wyndham Rewards- sponsored limited time promotional offers;

3.      Employment with Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC or any of its affiliates;

4.      In connection with ownership or management of a Wyndham Hotels & Resorts franchised or managed property; and

5.      Other methods of earning a Member Level that Caesars and Wyndham may agree upon from time to time (see https://www.caesars.com/myrewards/partners/wyndham_resorts for details, if any).

For avoidance of doubt, if an Applicant received his/her Member Level from any tier matching program or limited time promotion offered by Wyndham Rewards, or via any other method not set forth above,  the Applicant will not receive the Equivalent Tier.

In addition, Should Wyndham deem a Wyndham Rewards member's number invalid or otherwise determine that the applicable Wyndham Rewards account is not in good standing, the Applicant will not receive the Equivalent Tier.

Wyndham Rewards members must be or become Caesars Rewards members to apply for the Status Match. If an Applicant, through his/her participation in the Caesars Rewards program, has already earned a Tier status that is identical to the Equivalent Tier that Applicant would have been entitled to hereunder, Applicant’s request for a Status Match shall have no effect.

Status Match eligibility is not transferable and may not be substituted for or combined with any other offer. A Tier status earned pursuant to this Status Match cannot be transferred, purchased or sold. A member's Caesars Rewards Tier status and the benefits applicable to each Tier are subject to the full Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations. A member's Wyndham Rewards Member Level status and the benefits applicable to each Member Level are subject to the full Wyndham Rewards Terms and Conditions.

August 5X Tier Credit Multiplier

1.     The August 5X Tier Credit Multiplier Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all Caesars Rewards® members (“Participants”) who remain in good standing during the entire duration of the Promotion Period. Promotion is subject to the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations (www.CaesarsRewards.com/Rules), which are incorporated herein by this reference.

2.     The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is 12:00 a.m. PT on Monday, August 29, 2022 through 11:59 p.m. PT on Thursday, September 1, 2022.

3.     As used herein, “Caesars” means Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC and “Casino” means any Caesars Rewards casino in the United States participating in this Promotion.

4.     To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Participants must:

a.     Be a verified Caesars Rewards member (membership is free, and Participants can join at any Caesars Rewards Center, online at https://www.caesars.com/program/, or via the Caesars Rewards mobile app), or have a Caesars Rewards Local account tied to your main Caesars Rewards account (learn more at www.caesars.com/myrewards/exchange);

b.     Have a valid email address on file; and

c.     Be registered to receive marketing communications no later than Friday, May 27, 2022.

5.     Participants who have a valid email address will be sent an email on or about Tuesday, May 31, 2022 from which Participants will be provided registration instructions via website provided at www.caesars.com/august5xtcm to participate in this Promotion. Website for online registration will start at 12:00 a.m. PT on Monday, August 22, 2022 and end at 11:59 p.m. PT on Thursday, September 1, 2022.

6.     Alternatively, Participants may register at promotional kiosks available at select Participating Properties. See the list of Participating Properties at the end of these Official Rules to see which Participating Properties will have on-property registration available. You can also request a list of Participating Properties with on-property registration at https://totalrewards.custhelp.com/app/ask_first.

7.     Multiple Participants may not use the same email address or Caesars Rewards account in connection with this Promotion. In the event more than one (1) Participant provides the same email address when registering, only the first Participant to register will be eligible for this Promotion.

8.     After registering for the Promotion, Participants will receive a total of 5X Tier Credit Multiplier.

9.     Participants will have their earned Tier Credits multiplied by 4 (4X). The original Tier Credit amount that the Participant earned (1X) will be added to the 4X multiplied Tier Credit amount, resulting in the full 5X Tier Credit Multiplier.

a.     For Example, a Participant earns 2,000 Tier Credits. The 2,000 is multiplied by the 4X resulting in 8,000 Tier Credits. The 8,000 (4X) Tier Credits will be added to the original 2,000 Tier Credits that the Participant earned (1X), for a total bonus amount of 10,000 Tier Credits (5X).

10.  Maximum total Tier Credit bonus amount per Participant’s account is 25,000 Tier Credits. For example, for a Participant to receive the highest maximum Tier Credit bonus, they would need to earn up to 5,000 Tier Credits (1X) during the Promotion Period. Participant would then receive an additional 20,000 (4X) Tier Credits as their bonus, for a total of 25,000 Tier Credits (5X).

11.  The Tier Credits awarded pursuant to this Promotion will be added to Participant’s account no later than Friday, September 15, 2022. Only the 4X Tier Credit bonus amount will be posted to Participants account. The 1X Tier Credits are included in the Tier Credits earned from qualified spend.

12.  Participants will have their Tier Credits tracked for this Promotion using ratings from their Caesars Rewards card.

13.  Tier Credits can be earned by using a Caesars Rewards card when playing slots, video poker or table games. Tier Credits can also be earned for spending at qualified shops and restaurants. It is the Participant’s responsibility to make certain their Tier Credit earnings are being tracked correctly. The determination of Casino shall be final with respect to any discrepancies regarding tracked Tier Credit earnings.

14.  Tier Credits earned from Poker Room, Race & Sports Book and live Keno are excluded from this promotion.

15.  All credits received by Participant through this Promotion will be Tier Credits only.

16.  Daily Tier Credit Bonuses, Promotional Tier Credit Bonuses and adjusted Tier Credits do not count towards earning for this Promotion.

17.  Tier Credit Bonuses earned pursuant to this Promotion do not count toward Reward Credit balance, promotional Tier Credit earnings or qualify for a Daily Tier Credit Bonus.

18.  If multiple Tier Credit Multipliers are occurring on the same day, Participants will receive the higher value Tier Credit Multiplier.

19.  This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including gaming, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities, if required. Promotion void where prohibited by law.

20.  Holders of any Gaming Control Commission key license are not eligible to participate.

5.     Participants may be required to present their Caesars Rewards card and valid picture identification (driver’s license, state identification card, or military identification card) to collect prize.

6.     Except where prohibited by law, Participants agree to allow Sponsor the unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or consent.

7.     Promotion times are approximate. Sponsor may change Promotion times due to unforeseen or exigent circumstances.

8.     Except as prohibited by law, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend the Promotion at any time, subject to any required regulatory approval, if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion. In such circumstances the Sponsor will endeavor, to the extent practical, and in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its discretion, to award prizes among eligible Participants whose participation was not affected by the problem.

9.     Sponsor may disqualify any Participant for fraud, dishonesty, violation of these Official Rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion. Sponsor retains the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the Official Rules or any Participant who engages in any conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike as determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, including, without limitation, any entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subverts the entry process.

10.  Sponsor is not responsible for late, stolen, lost, postage due, or misdirected mail, or incomplete, mutilated or illegible entries; electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable connections; fraud; incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a person’s ability to participate in the Promotion.

11.  Any individual who is found to be deliberately tampering with the Promotion entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the        Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, may be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13.  These Official Rules and any disputes relating hereto are governed by the internal laws of the State of Nevada without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and by entering, each Participant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Nevada for resolution of any disputes relating to the Promotion and waive any objection thereto.

14.  Sponsor’s use of Participants’ personal information is governed by Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at http://www.caesars.com/privacy/.

HOW TO ENTER:

15.  Caesars Rewards members who have a valid email address on file and have opted in to receive marketing communications will be sent an email on or about Monday, October 31, 2022, from which they must click the “REGISTER NOW” button in order to be eligible to participate. After a member (“Participant”) has registered for this Promotion, their spend will be tracked and they can begin earning digital Drawing Entries.    

16.  Alternatively, Participants may register online by visiting the Promotion website at www.caesars.com/gridiron and completing the online registration form.

17.  Participants qualified spend will be tracked in order to earn digital Drawing Entries. A Participant’s spend will not be tracked until they are registered for the Promotion. 

18.  Earned Drawing Entries. Participants will receive one (1) digital Drawing Entry (“Drawing Entry”) for every twenty-five (25) Tier Credits earned through eligible spending, i-Casino, Caesars Sportsbook and gaming at Participating Properties during the Promotion Period. 19.  Tier Credits received for the following activities at a Participating Property are excluded from earning Drawing Entries in this Promotion: (1) spending at a spa facility; (2) spending on any entertainment amenities (e.g., tickets for concerts or shows); (3) spending on any retail amenities (e.g., gift shops), (4) live keno; (5) live poker; at a Participating Property; (6) Tier Credit bonus promotions; and (7) any other special promotion. If you have any questions about whether certain spending or gaming activity at a Participating Property qualifies for this Promotion, visit the Caesars Rewards Center at the Participating Property or contact the Sponsor at https://caesarsrewards.custhelp.com.

20.  There is no limit on the number of Drawing Entries a Participant can earn during the Promotion Period.

21.  Online Free Method of Entry. Participants can visit www.caesars.com/gridiron and complete the online form to receive one (1) free Drawing Entry. The information provided by Participant must exactly match the information in Participant’s Caesars Rewards account. Caesars Rewards Local account holders must use the information from their main Caesars Rewards account to receive free Drawing Entries.

22.  There is no limit on the number of free Drawing Entries a Participant can receive during the Promotion Period.  

23.  Earned and free Drawing Entries are non-transferable.

24.  Participants are prohibited from using multiple names, Caesars Rewards accounts, email addresses, or any other means to seek to obtain more than the allowed number of Drawing Entries hereunder or to seek to participate under more than one identity. Any attempt to do so is grounds for disqualification. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. No responsibility is assumed for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, or stolen entries.

25.  No late Drawing Entries will be accepted.

WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZES:

26.  On or about Thursday, December 1, 2022, Sponsor will select potential prize winners at random (through reasonably secure means to be determined by Sponsor) from all eligible Drawing Entries. 

27.  Sponsor will select two (2) potential winners to win a prize package, as described below:

28.  Estimated total value of all prize packages is nineteen thousand one hundred dollars ($19,100.00). 

29.  Participants may not win more than one (1) prize.

30.  Odds of winning a prize dependent upon number of Drawing Entries received.

31.  Prize may not be substituted or exchanged for Reward Credits®, Tier Credits, cash or free play, unless explicitly stated above.

32.  Potential prize winners will be contacted using the contact information in each potential winner’s Caesars Rewards account. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Invalid or incorrect contact information (telephone number, email address or mailing address) may result in prize forfeiture. Winners will have 48 hours to confirm their Prize win.

33.  Potential winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, tax paperwork (if required), and, except where prohibited, publicity release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). Potential winners must return Prize Claim Documents within 48 hours of being contacted to claim their prize. Failure to provide Prize Claim Documents within 48 hours may result in prize forfeiture and time permitting, award the prize to one (1) alternate winner. If a potential winner fails to comply with Sponsor’s requests for Prize Claim Documents, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, he/she may be disqualified.

34.  All prizes claimed will be awarded.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

35.  Prize packages must be reserved through booking channel provided by Sponsor in order to receive prize package credit.

36.  Winners will have the option to take the corresponding Reward Credit prize option in lieu of the prize package listed above.

37.  Event dates for all prizes are subject to change. Exclusions and blackout dates may apply. Sponsor is not responsible if the event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed for ticket prize. Seating and timing to be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Tickets may be subject to event organizer’s standard rain-check policies and procedures. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided on the ticket and to comply with any requirements relating to behavior, health and safety at the event venue. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use prize on day of event.

38.  Hotel prize is subject to availability. The hotel reservation will be booked for a Standard Room, for room, tax and resort fees only. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All other charges and fees incurred shall be the sole responsibility of winner. Winner must provide valid credit card for hotel incidentals.

39.  The one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) airfare credit is valid for prize package dates only. All charges and fees relating to travel that exceed the credit amount shall be the sole responsibility of winner.

40.  The ground transportation is valid for event dates only, and valid to and from winner’s lodging location to event venue.

41.  The five hundred dollars ($500.00) Resort Credit is valid for the 2023 Pro Bowl prize winner only. Resort Credit valid for prize package dates only. All charges and fees exceeding the credit amount shall be the sole responsibility of winner. Winner must provide a valid credit card at hotel check-in to open Resort Credit charging abilities.

42.  The one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) Casino Play is valid for the 2023 Pro Bowl prize winner. Winner may select to redeem Casino Play in Reel Rewards® or gaming vouchers.

43.  The Reward Credit prize, if included or selected as an alternate prize, will be added to winner’s main Caesars Rewards account within fourteen (14) business days of confirming prize.

44.  All expenses and travel costs not expressly stated in the prize package descriptions above, including but not limited to, transportation, incidentals, and personal charges at lodging, are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner must travel on the dates specified by Sponsor in its sole discretion or forfeit the prize.

45.  Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen travel vouchers or certificates. Once travel commences, no unscheduled stopovers are permitted; if an unscheduled stopover occurs, full fare will be charged from stopover point for the remaining segments, including return, of the trip. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses resulting from flight cancellations or delays. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles.

46.  Non-negotiable Reel Rewards coupons are not redeemable for cash and can only be redeemed for non-cashable slot credits at a slot machine. Non-cashable slot credits cannot be converted into cash, must be wagered or abandoned and are automatically wagered before any cashable slot credits are wagered.

47.  Reel Rewards vouchers for non-negotiable free slot play are redeemable as slot play credits at any designated slot machine after the Participant’s Caesars Rewards card is inserted into a slot machine. When redeeming at any designated slot machine, Participants must insert their Caesars Rewards card before inserting the voucher.

48.  If the voucher is ripped, torn or mutilated in any way, the voucher shall be deemed void and invalid, and an alternate voucher will be issued at the main Casino Cage.

49.  Gaming vouchers for table game bets are redeemable on any even money bets only. Vouchers may not be used to offset bets. Vouchers cannot be used in the Race and Sports Book or in the poker room. Vouchers can be played until the Participant loses.

50.  Gaming vouchers have no cash value and are valid for one wager only regardless of outcome. In the game of blackjack, if a Participant has a Direct Bet coupon available, a second gaming voucher may be used in order to double down or to split cards. This is the only instance in which two gaming vouchers would be permitted to be used on the same betting spot.

51.  Gaming vouchers must be used by the expiration date listed on the coupon. Valid only at specified table games at Casino as indicated on the face of the coupon. Wager may exceed the stated value of the coupon.

52.  Casino is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed vouchers.

53.  Reward Credit prizes are subject to all terms and conditions applicable to Reward Credits, including, without limitation, the Caesars Rewards rules and regulations available at www.CaesarsRewards.com/rules.

54.  Reward Credits are not redeemable for cash and have no value until presented for redemption in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Caesars Rewards program. Actual redemption value will vary depending on the type of product or service, the outlet location and other factors.

55.  A winner’s Reward Credit balance will expire if the winner fails to earn at least one (1) new Reward Credit every six (6) months. No Reward Credit reinstatements if the Reward Credits expire due to inactivity. Visit https://www.caesars.com/myrewards/earn-and-redeem for more information.

56.  In the event of a dispute over the identity of a Participant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Caesars Rewards account (if applicable) or provided with the winning entry.  "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address.

57.  No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed in any category than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all prizes remaining in that category at the time the excess claims are made will be awarded in a random drawing from among all Participants submitting valid claims for such prizes.  Inclusion in such drawing is the sole remedy for any affected Participant(s). 

58.  Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the prize that are not specifically stated herein as being awarded.  For any prize with an approximate retail value of six hundred dollars ($600.00) or greater, Sponsor will, when required by law, furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to winner for such value.  Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Sponsor deems necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state, local or other tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.

59.  By entering the Promotion, each Participant agrees on behalf of Participant and his or her heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless the NFL Entities (as defined below), the Promotion Entities (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from Participant’s participation in the Promotion and/or Participant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from Participant’s failure to comply with these Official Rules or a breach of any of Participant’s representations and warranties; (c) to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, condition, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with such prize; (d) if selected as a winner, to the posting of Participant’s name on Sponsor’s websites and the use by the Promotion Entities of Participant’s name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (e) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final.

60.  Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein or at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  If a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.

61.  Participant irrevocably waives all claims against the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or the prizes awarded.  The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Promotion in any way.

62.  For a copy of these Official Rules or the name(s) of the winner(s) (available after Monday, February 14, 2023), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received no later than Monday, March 14, 2023 to Caesars Entertainment, One Harrah’s Court, Las Vegas, NV 89119, Attn: NFL Gridiron Giveaway.

63.  ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES: 

a.  Scope of Disputes & Remedies. As a condition of entering this Promotion, each Participant agrees that: (1) Participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering the Promotion, and waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (2) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually by arbitration per Rule 64.b. below unless expressly excluded, without resort to any form of class action; and (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees. For New Jersey residents, nothing herein bars recovery of attorneys’ fees, court costs, or other damages if mandated by statute.

b.  Agreement to Arbitrate. Participants and Sponsor agree that all claims arising out of or relating to the Promotion (including the formation, performance and breach of the terms under these Official Rules), shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by JAMS, in accordance with the JAMS Streamlined     Arbitration Rules and Procedures, excluding any rules or procedures governing or permitting class actions. The arbitrator, and not any federal, state or local court or agency, shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability or formation of these Official Rules, including, but not limited to, any claim that all or any part of these Official Rules is void or voidable. The arbitrator shall be empowered to grant whatever relief would be available in a court under law or in equity. The arbitrator’s award shall be in writing and provide a statement of the essential findings and conclusions, shall be binding on the parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules shall be subject to the Federal Arbitration Act.

c.  Arbitration Procedure. The JAMS rules governing the arbitration may be accessed at https://www.jamsadr.com/adr-rules-procedures. If you initiate arbitration, to the extent the filing fee for the arbitration exceeds two hundred fifty U.S. dollars ($250.00), Sponsor will pay the additional cost. If Sponsor is required to pay the additional cost of the filing fees, you should submit a request for payment of fees to JAMS along with your form for initiating the arbitration, and Sponsor will make arrangements to pay all necessary additional fees directly to JAMS. Sponsor will also be responsible for paying all other arbitration costs arising in connection with the arbitration, other than costs incurred by you for legal counsel, travel and other out-of-pocket costs and expenses not constituting fees or amounts payable to JAMS. You will not be required to pay fees and costs incurred by Sponsor if you do not prevail in arbitration. The parties understand that, absent this mandatory provision, they would have the right to sue in court and have a jury trial. They further understand that, in some instances, the costs of arbitration could exceed the costs of litigation and the right to discovery may be more limited in arbitration than in court.

d.  Class Action Waiver. You and Sponsor each further agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in your respective individual capacities only and not as a class action or other representative action, and you and Sponsor each expressly waive your respective right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis. If any court or arbitrator determines that the class action waiver set forth in this paragraph is void or unenforceable for any reason or that an arbitration can proceed on a class basis, then the arbitration provision set forth above shall be deemed null and void in its entirety and the parties shall be deemed to have not agreed to arbitrate disputes.

e.  Exceptions to Arbitration. Notwithstanding the parties’ agreement to resolve all disputes through arbitration, either party may seek relief in a small claims court for disputes or claims within the scope of that court’s jurisdiction; also, you have the right to opt-out and not be bound by the arbitration and class action waiver provisions set forth above by sending written notice of your decision to opt-out to https://totalrewards.custhelp.com/app/ask_first. The notice must be sent within thirty (30) days of your enrollment in the Promotion, otherwise you shall be bound to arbitrate disputes in accordance with the terms of this Rule. If you opt-out of these arbitration provisions, Sponsor also will not be bound by them.

64.  In the event of a dispute for Harrah’s Rincon redemption, with the outcome of a promotion or contest participants may, within seven (7) days of the date of the written response from the Casino Manager, file the dispute in writing with the Rincon Tribal Gaming Commission for review.

65.  Participating Properties are subject to change at any time. A property listed below shall cease to be a Participating Property if it is no longer owned, controlled or managed by a subsidiary of Caesars Entertainment, Inc. or its successor.  You can request a current list of all Participating Properties at  https://totalrewards.custhelp.com/app/ask_first.
