Refer a Friend Promotions

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the “refer-a-friend” promotions available on any of the following services: Caesars Sportsbook and Caesars Sportsbook & Casino (each, a “Caesars Service”), excluding the Caesars Services available in Massachusetts. This promotion is offered by Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey in New Jersey, William Hill U.S. HoldCo, Inc. in Pennsylvania, and American Wagering, Inc. in all other jurisdictions (collectively, “Caesars”). This promotion will be active for a Caesars Service until the earlier of (1) the date that Caesars Service removes the promotion from its “Promotions” webpage, or (2) December 31st, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

PROMOTION OVERVIEW: Eligible existing customers of participating Caesars Services and their referred friends can each receive a bonus whenever a referred friend signs up, deposits, and cumulatively bets at least $25.00 on a Caesars Service. Customers of Caesars Sportsbook and Caesars Sportsbook & Casino and their referred friends will each receive five Bonus Bets of at least $5.00 in value each (at least $25.00 in total).

ELIGIBILITY:

  1. To be eligible for the promotion, a participant must:
    1. Be 21 years of age or older;
    2. Have a registered Caesars Service account that remains in good standing; and
    3. Have a registered Caesars Rewards account that remains in good standing.
  2. The following individuals are noteligible for any promotions:
    1. Individuals who are excluded from online wagering, including through a government program, at Caesars’ discretion, or by their own request; and
    2. Individuals who are prohibited from participating by any applicable law.

How to Participate:

  1. Participants can receive a unique personal registration referral link by clicking on ‘Refer a Friend’ in participant’s “My Account” section and following all instructions. Participants can then share this link with their 21+ friends or other contacts and encourage them to register and play on the same Caesars Service where the referring participant obtained their referral link.
  2. Sharing referral links on public social media platforms is prohibited in Ontario.
  3. Participants may not use any form of unsolicited communications to share their registration referral link. Links must only be shared with individuals who the participant knows personally and knows to be 21 years of age or older.
  4. Registration referral links will expire at the end of the Promotion Period and will no longer be valid.
  5. If a referred new user does not register using the participant’s unique link, neither the participant nor the new user will receive any bonus, even if the new user meets the deposit and wagering requirements.
  6. The participant and the referred new customer will each receive five Bonus Bets of a least $5.00 in value each (at least $25.00 in total) once the new customer:
    1. Successfully registers for a new sportsbook Caesars Service account using the participant’s unique link for that Caesars Service (current customers are not eligible); and
    2. Completes the following within 90 days of their registration date:
      1. Makes an initial real money deposit of $25.00 or more; and
      2. Cumulatively wagers and settles $25.00 or more in cash on the sportsbook Caesars Service (wagers using bonus cash or Bonus Bets do not qualify).
    3. Bonus Bets will be posted to the participant’s and referred new user’s accounts within 3 days of settlement of the qualifying wager (e., the wager that satisfies the $25.00 cumulative wagering requirement).
    4. Registration referral links will expire at the end of the Promotion Period and will no longer be valid.
    5. Awarded Bonus Bet amount will vary by customer. The amount will be available on the account’s Refer a Friend Home Page.

Bonus Limits

  1. Participants may receive a maximum of 50 Bonus Bets (for 10 sportsbook service referrals) within any 30-day period.
  2. In addition, participants can receive no more than 10 refer-a-friend bonuses across all refer-a-friend promotions available on any Caesars Service within any 30-day period.
  3. As an example, if participant refers 7 friends to Caesars Sportsbook and refers 3 friends to Caesars Sportsbook and Casino on May 1, 2026, that participant will receive 50 Bonus Bets for the 10 referred friends. Since participant will have received 10 bonuses, participant and participant’s friends are not eligible for another bonus in this promotion until May 31, 2026.

BONUS BET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Each Bonus Bet is for one-time use and cannot be divided across multiple wagers.
  2. Bonus Bet must be used within 30 calendar days from the date it is awarded. Unused Bonus Bets will expire and be removed from the player’s account.
  3. When you use your Bonus Bet for a wager, and your wager wins, the value of the Bonus Bet is not included in the winnings.
  4. Bonus Bets are not transferrable to any other Caesars Service account, cannot be redeemed for cash at any time, and do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers.
  5. Bonus Bets are subject to additional limitations and conditions set forth in the applicable Caesars Sportsbook House Rules.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Caesars may end this promotion at any time in its discretion.
  2. All references to sums of money are in United States currency.
  3. This promotion may not be combined with any other offers or promotions. For purposes of these terms and conditions, the “Promotion Entities” means Caesars, Caesars’ parents and each of Caesars’ affiliated and subsidiary companies, along with each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents.
  4. All decisions regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions for this promotion, including eligibility or disqualification decisions, lie solely with Caesars whose decisions are final and binding.
  5. Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, including gaming regulations, and all aspects of the promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities, when required. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  6. Caesars may disqualify any person for fraud, dishonesty, violation of these terms and conditions, or any other misconduct, whether or not related to this promotion. Caesars retains the right to disqualify any accountholder engaging in any conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike as determined at the Caesars’ sole discretion.
  7. Participants who engage in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or other inappropriate play, as determined solely by Caesars, may have their awards voided, winnings voided or withheld, be excluded from future promotional offerings, and/or have their Caesars Service account(s) permanently locked at the discretion of Caesars. These prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
    1. Wagering on both sides of a line on an individual game; or
    2. Multiple/grouped accounts linked by device/static IP/cashier/location and betting exploitatively.
  8. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Caesars reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
  9. Participants are solely responsible for all taxes, expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of any award hereunder. Caesars shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings from winnings that Caesars deems necessary or desirable under applicable tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.
  10. Caesars is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries; electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable connections; fraud; incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Caesars, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a person’s ability to participate in the promotion.
  11. Except as prohibited by law, Caesars reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend the promotion at any time, subject to any required regulatory approval, if Caesars determines, in its sole discretion, that the promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Caesars which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion.
  12. By participating in this promotion, participants agree on behalf of participant and participant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participant’s participation in the promotion; and (b) to be bound by these terms and conditions and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Caesars, which are binding and final.
  13. Records related to the promotion will be retained for recordkeeping purposes in accordance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
  14. Any personal information collected from participants in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Caesars Privacy Policy available at caesars.com/privacy.
  15. Participants irrevocably waives all claims against the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or the prizes awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this promotion in any way.
  16. The NBA Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to participant or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize and/or participation in this promotion.

  1. Wagering will not be accepted on “Prohibited sporting events” as defined by Arizona Revised Statute 5-1315 and no such events will be included in the Promotion.
